Admin – Manages the Content/Accounts/Users/Stores/Products of the website. Admin can create multiple stores and add products under each store. Admin manages the commissions, payment methods, disputes etc.
Buyer– Buyer can register with his Zip code to see the stores and products available. With the displayed products/Store Buyer can add any product to cart and get them delivered to his/her address. Buyer can track orders from shipping stage to delivery stage. Buyer can return orders, rate and review products/shops. Buyer can also choose to become a seller.
Seller – Seller should register shop with his Zip code. When there is an order seller can log into account, accept the order, assign the order to a delivery agent and complete the order. This will be notified to buyer at each and every stage, from shipping to delivered.
