Login as seller

Click on My sales in the left panel

Click on Track orders

Click on Yet to be shipped. Click on ‘Schedule Pick up’ once the logistics company confirms the pick up. The shipment is then moved to ‘Pick up scheduled’ tab.

Seller can view shipments that have pick up scheduled. Click on ‘Scheduled’ once the logistics company picks up the item. Tracking ID can be entered for reference. The shipment is then moved to the ‘Shipped’ tab.

Seller can see shipments that have been shipped. Click on ‘Delivered’ once the logistics company delivers the items. The shipment is then moved to ‘Delivered’ tab.

Seller can see shipments that have been delivered. If users returns items, they are visible under ‘Returned’ tab.

Seller can see shipments that have been returned.
